Q. How much are overdue fines?

The Library does not charge overdue fines for items in our general collection.   Items lost from this collection incur a replacement fee of $100.  Course reserves and loanable technology items do incur overdue fines.  Please see “Overdue, Lost or Damaged Materials” for a detailed explanation of fines and fees.

All borrowers are responsible for materials charged to their account until returned and checked in through the Library's circulation system. Bills may include overdue fine, replacement costs and charges for damaged materials. Appeals of fines and bills must be submitted in writing. See more on appealing fines.
