My course textbook is available online. How to I create a detailed reading assignment list with links to specific chapters?

This guide will show you how to edit a citation in a reading list to convert it from a book to a specific chapter of the book with a link that goes to the chapter.
For this example, we will be getting a chapter of this book, Sustainability: Principles and Practice. The book is already in my reading list. To get chapter links,we need to get into the book by clicking "View online."
Next we need to find a URL to the chapter we want. In this example, I just need to get to the first page of the desired chapter and find a shareable link.
We will copy the link to the chapter.
Go back to your reading list and edit the book entry that you want to change to a chapter. First change the type from "book" to book chapter (#1). Then edit the title and paste in the URL you copied from the ebook chapter (#2). Save your changes (#3).
Your item will now have two links associated with it. You will want to hide the first one, because it goes to the whole book. Click on Hide Link to hide that link to the full book and now the only link that will be displayed to students it the one you pasted in that goes directly to the book chapter.
Now the first link will be hidden for students and the chapter specific link will be displayed.
