I submitted a request for a digital item. How will I receive it?

You should receive an email notification when your article or digital item is available to you. It may look something like this:
If you click the link in the email to sign-in using FGCU credentials, you will be prompted to log-in with your FGCU email address and password. Once you log in, you should be passed to a screen where your item will automatically download. You can always click the link to download again if you missed it. Just be sure to open and resave your document somewhere you can find it later.
Alternatively, you can sign into your Eagle Search account and navigate to the "My Requests" section to download your fulfilled requests.
