Courtesy Faculty appointments are processed through the Provosts office. Once approved, Courtesy Faculty have access to library resources just like regular faculty members during their courtesy appointment. This includes all online resources, even from off-campus. When a courtesy appointment is processed, the faculty member should get a FGCU network account and this should automatically be included in the library systems. It may take one or two days for this process to complete. 

If you are a courtesy faculty member and you have not received a FGCU network account (email address), contact the ITS Help Desk at helpdesk@fgcu.edu or (239) 590-1188. 

If you are a courtesy faculty member and you have a FGCU network account (email address) but it does not seem to provide access to online library resources, contact drosenth@fgcu.edu or (239) 590-7633.
