Use the "Library Catalog" search scope in Eagle Search to search for books the library owns, especially if you are looking for print books in particular.
If you would like to expand your search to other e-books that you may be able to access through database or other library subscriptions, use the "Everything" search scope to search for your topic or title. Then use the "Resource Type" facet on the left to narrow your results to Books only.
