If you are a new student, you will need to activate your Eagle Access account. Follow the instructions on the webpage to activate your email account and take note of your email address.

Student accounts are generated using a combination of the students first, last, and middle name. Students are required to activate their email account before use. The Student Accounts website has been designed for this purpose (https://www.fgcu.edu/its/students/student-welcome).

You can manage your Eagle Access Account online even once you have activated you account. Please contact the University Help Desk at 239-590-1188 M-F from 7:30am to 10pm and Saturdays from 8am to 5pm or email us any time at helpdesk@fgcu.edu if you have any questions about your email accounts.
