Q. How do I reserve the Media Production Studios?

You can reserve the room through our online booking system.  A valid FGCU email address is needed to make reservations. Every reservation has to be approved by studio staff before using.

After you’ve finished reserving the studios online and received an email approving the booking, you will be able to check out the key to the studio you reserved. To check out the key, visit the Circulation Desk with your EagleID and confirm your reservation with library staff. Once confirmed, library staff will check the key out to you like a book. Return the key within 10 minutes of the end of your reserved session time, or check to see if an extension is available.

Only current FGCU students, staff, and faculty are able to reserve the studios.
